For the past 20 years, most of you have known me as someone who dives deep into organisational culture, strategic change, and leadership excellence. I’ve worked with corporate and government clients to untangle complexity, align teams, and build clear pathways toward transformation. And I’ve loved every minute of it, especially when I’m in front of a room, facilitating workshops that leave people inspired, aligned, and ready for action.

But what many of you don’t know is that I’ve been building something just as powerful behind the scenes.

Enter Growology.

Growology is a business I founded that focuses on helping small business owners accelerate growth through strategy, funding, and actionable roadmaps. In essence, I’ve taken the same strategic thinking that I apply in boardrooms and leadership programs, and channelled it into empowering entrepreneurs to secure funding and scale with clarity.
